TOWSON, MD – As a result of the extended school closure and the governor’s executive orders banning public gatherings, the Board of Education of Baltimore County will be accepting written testimony in lieu of holding an in-person public hearing to seek the community's input concerning the proposed fiscal year 2022 capital budget. (The public hearing had been scheduled for May 20, 2020.) The Board is expected to approve the proposed capital budget request on Tuesday, September 15, 2020.
Beginning May 12, 2020, members of the public may submit testimony by e-mail to boepublichearing@bcps.org, or by regular mail to the Board of Education of Baltimore County, Attn: Board Assistant, 6901 N. Charles Street, Towson, MD 21204. Submissions may be accepted until Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. Testimony received by this date will be provided to the Board members for their consideration and published in BoardDocs.
