What: Government and school officials will tour the new 365,000 square-foot building being constructed for students in Dundalk and Sollers Point high schools. When it opens this fall, the state-of-the-art building will be home to more than 1,800 students and include a 485-seat auditorium, a gymnasium and a media center.
Due to safety concerns and because it is an active construction site, the public, including the media, will not be permitted to tour the building but may interview officials before and after the tour. Images and video from the tour will be available by request. Media will have an opportunity to tour the building later in the construction cycle, in advance of the first day of school.
